About the role
- Job Advertisement Coordinator, Workforce Development, Career Catalyst Remote within California, Must reside in California.
- Our headquarters are located in Downtown Sacramento, just blocks from California's State Capitol.
- Budgeted Hourly Pay Range: $24.50 - $26.00 Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
Responsibilities
- The Coordinator will have the opportunity to collaborate cross-departmentally in support of FoundationCCC's Workforce Development Department, focusing on our employer-of-record service, Career Catalyst, and Grants Administration projects.
- This role provides administrative and coordination support across project teams to help ensure streamlined and timely completion of workflow and project deliverables.
- Additionally, this role supports the coordination of critical tasks and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conducting outreach to grantees and payment recipients in coordination with Specialist and Senior Specialist project leads.
- Reviewing collected documents for accuracy and communicating with grantees as appropriate to ensure funder requirements are met.
- Administration Support
- Converting worksite agreement contract templates into form fillable documents and tracking changes in documents for client use.
Requirements
- Supporting collection of data and documentation required to process payments and maintain compliance with funder guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated experience with web-based tools and platforms such as Microsoft Suite, Asana, and Salesforce.
