- Own and administer bespoke policies and HR terms unique to each co-source and lift-out engagement, ensuring consistency with the underlying client agreement while staying aligned with Petra's broader HR framework
- Manage and support the lift-out process end-to-end - pre-close diligence and planning, Day 1 transition and onboarding, and post-close integration - coordinating with Partnerships, Legal, and Payroll to ensure a clean handoff into Petra's HR infrastructure
- Support performance-cycle execution and compensation planning for co-source/lift-out employees, coordinating between client expectations and Petra's internal processes
- Maintain data integrity and reporting for this population across HRIS and other HR systems, ensuring accurate headcount, org, and compliance records per client engagement
- Partner with the Senior Manager and broader People team on ad hoc strategic projects - benchmarking, headcount planning, and HR infrastructure - with a focus on scaling support as this segment continues to grow
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage full-cycle programs and relationships with minimal oversight
- Clear, professional communicator, comfortable engaging with client-facing partners and senior leadership
- Hybrid work environment that offers flexibility and supports work-life balance
Requirements

- Ability to professionally handle confidential information with discretion
