Responsibilities
- Hands-On Healing: Deliver one-on-one, personalized therapy interventions following care plans created by the Physical Therapist.
- Mobility Mentorship: Guide participants through therapeutic exercises, balance training, gait support, and physical modalities that improve daily function and quality of life.
- Attentive Observation: Monitor participants during sessions, track progress, and share valuable insights with the Physical Therapist to support continuous care planning.
- Respectful, Person-Centered Care: Create a safe, comforting, and empowering space during each session-adapting your techniques to each individual's needs.
- Continuity of Care: Support transitions between home, hospital, or skilled nursing settings by helping ensure therapy services stay on track and goals are maintained.
- Confident in Hands-On Support: Skilled in mobility assistance, transfers, and therapeutic interventions.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program with an active California license required.
- Ability to engage participants, caregivers, and teammates with empathy, clarity, and positivity.
- Qualified & Ready to Care: Graduate of an accredited PTA program with an active California license required.
Compensation
