Requirements
- Devereux is a drug-free workplace, drug screening required.
- Master's Degree required Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of Florida required Active Medicaid provider number and authorized to provide psychiatric services by Chapter 464, F.S. required
