- Off Shift Supervisor Responsible for the supervision and control of the process plant according to the timetable set during the production shift assigned.
- It monitors the preparation and movement of raw materials and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Able to effectively supervise and manage people
- Ensure personnel are qualified prior to allowing them to perform operations
- Support plant goals and objectives
Requirements
- Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
- Two year degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent experience preferred
- Must be able to read and interpret blue prints and engineering drawings
Compensation
- Perform annual employee reviews and make personnel recommendations
