About the role
- This is a temporary position employed through an agency.
- The expected WA salary range for this position is between $109,000.00 - $150,00.00 USD.
Responsibilities
- Manage switching, firewall rule implementation, VPN, and wireless networks
- Lead incident resolution for infrastructure-related issues
- Lead root cause analysis and problem management efforts
- Execute and lead complex changes, upgrades, and deployments
- Maintain system performance, uptime, and reliability across all sites
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks
- Coordinate with vendors and support multi-site infrastructure needs
- Maintains a well-organized and clean layout in defined storage areas.
- Maintains regular attendance including being at work, being on time to work and working full shifts.
- Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and accepts constructive criticism/feedback and changes approach or method to best fit the situation.
