About the role
- IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to help us hire top talent.
- As a Senior Technical Recruiter at IXL, you will source and work closely with individual candidates across several technical teams.
- This position requires you to be in our San Mateo, CA, headquarters office.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their team dynamics, unique challenges, and hiring goals, helping to shape effective recruiting strategies
- Work closely with candidates to understand what drives them, addressing their questions so they have all the information they need to make the right career decision
- Actively foster long-term relationships with high-caliber professionals, building a community of talent for future opportunities
Requirements
- 7+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience or a mix of technical/business recruiting
- Solid experience in sourcing candidates using a variety of strategies and platforms
- Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS
Compensation
- The base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 to $130,000 + potential bonus eligibility + benefits.
