About the role
- You will oversee planning, production, logistics, and distribution operations while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- You will work cross-functionally to ensure products are delivered on time and meet established standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global supply chain operations across demand and supply planning, production, logistics, and distribution functions.
- Build and develop a high-performing, service-oriented, and cost-conscious team that consistently meets or exceeds performance targets.
- Identify and execute strategic initiatives that support long-term business objectives and supply chain effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes, efficiency, and scalability.
- Develop team members through coaching, mentorship, and performance management while building a strong succession pipeline.
- Partner with key Polaris resources to leverage best-in-class practices.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering and post-sales teams to maintain product safety and quality standards, including rework processes.
- Contribute as a member of the Apparel Leadership Team to support organizational goals, collaboration, and accountability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the apparel or related industry, with progressively broader responsibilities across supply chain, product development, sales, or similar functions.
- 10+ years of experience leading teams within a cross-functional environment, along with experience leading leaders.
- Experience managing complex global supply chain operations from planning through execution
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions and improve supply chain performance.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%, including international travel.
- Must be local to the Rigby, ID, area, or willing to relocate.
- To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Current U.S. passport or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
- Must be local to the Rigby, ID, area, or willing to relocate. Hybrid work structure: Tues, Weds, and Thurs are required in-office days.
