About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and develop the Zoom Contact Center core feature with Java using the Spring Boot framework;
- Create a secure and scalable service utilizing the latest cloud infrastructure technologies (i.e. Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, AWS, NoSQL);
- Drive cloud based test automation solutions and deployment strategy to optimize service performance and ensure product stability using AWS infrastructure (i.e. EC2, ECS, ElesticCache, S3); build kinds of integrations and related add-on to the Contact Center service; and
- support work-life balance
Requirements
- Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent;
- Must have 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupation;
- Must have 3 years of experience in Core Java, Design patterns;
- Must have 3 years of experience in Spring Boot framework (MVC, AOP, ORM), Microservices Architecture;

- Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
- In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
