- General Manager What this job involves: The General Manager (GM) is responsible for managing in accordance with JLL standards and procedures and the Management Agreement.
Responsibilities
- The GM works directly with clients to understand their investment objectives and develop property-specific strategic plans.
- They oversee the implementation of approved initiatives and programs by managing the property team and are responsible for maintaining strong communication with building owners and tenants.

Requirements

Compensation
- $121,000 - $132,000 This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
- 121,000.00 - 132,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
- Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
