About the role

Prepare senior leader talking points, briefings, information papers, and meeting summaries.
Coordinate governance meeting logistics, read-ahead materials, and stakeholder attendance across internal and external DoW organizations.
Track metrics, lessons learned, and process improvements related to governance forums and outcomes.

Provide administrative, logistical, and analytical support for governance forum planning and execution.
Develop and maintain plans of action and milestones (POA&Ms), meeting agendas, invitations, attendance rosters, and post-meeting action tracking.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), attendee lists, and points-of-contact rosters.
Support the scheduling, tracking, and analysis of governance meeting topics and actions.
Support additional governance and administrative activities as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as event planning, project management, business administration, or government.
Will consider additional years of experience (4) in lieu of degree.
10 years of professional experience in a similar role.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Provide executive-level support to senior DoW leadership as required.

Prior experience supporting clients at the OSW level.
1+ year of experience supporting federal government governance boards and associated reporting requirements.
Experience using Microsoft Planner.
