Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Five (5) years' experience in the civil construction field.
- Valid state driver's license and must be qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of the Company's Driving Policy.
- Ability to pass a drug, driving, and background screening.
- This position will be required to enforce the Company's direction, policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Eligible after 1 year of service, must be taken within the calendar year.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of scheduling, material control, unit manhour performance, estimating fundamentals, and job cost management systems preferred.
- Experience with underground utility management experience preferred.
- OSHA 30-hour training completion preferred.

- Advance knowledge of various field construction concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Advance knowledge of materials, terms, and practices in the construction field.
- Advance experience with reading plans and understanding tasks at hand.
- Skilled in organizing resources, establishing priorities, meeting deadlines, and general time management.
- Decision-making skills for selecting personnel and subcontractors for specific tasks and jobs to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Time-management skills to meet deadlines and ensure construction phases are completed on time so that the next phase can start.
- Writing skills for writing budgets, proposals, and plans along with documenting work progress for clients and others involved.
- Ability to work productively under pressure.
- Strong self-motivation and work ethic; ability to work with or without direct supervision.
- Ability to participate in group meetings.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Compensation
- $100,000 - $130,000
