High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Five (5) years' experience in the civil construction field.
Valid state driver's license and must be qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of the Company's Driving Policy.
Ability to pass a drug, driving, and background screening.
This position will be required to enforce the Company's direction, policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Eligible after 1 year of service, must be taken within the calendar year.

Working knowledge of scheduling, material control, unit manhour performance, estimating fundamentals, and job cost management systems preferred.
Experience with underground utility management experience preferred.
OSHA 30-hour training completion preferred.
