About the role

  • This is a high-impact, "tip of the spear" position.
  • You'll help take our already strong manufacturing operation to the next level using data, lean principles, automation, and AI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead major plant layout and process flow improvement projects
  • Design and implement lean manufacturing systems - value stream mapping, takt time, line balancing
  • Partner with engineering and automation teams on new equipment and process integration
  • Develop and track key manufacturing Metrics: Cycle time, labor efficiency, cost/unit etc
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture across the entire facility
  • Deep expertise in plant flow, layout design, and lean manufacturing

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in high-volume or high-mix manufacturing environments
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
