About the role
- This is a high-impact, "tip of the spear" position.
- You'll help take our already strong manufacturing operation to the next level using data, lean principles, automation, and AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead major plant layout and process flow improvement projects
- Design and implement lean manufacturing systems - value stream mapping, takt time, line balancing
- Partner with engineering and automation teams on new equipment and process integration
- Develop and track key manufacturing Metrics: Cycle time, labor efficiency, cost/unit etc
- Drive a continuous improvement culture across the entire facility
- Deep expertise in plant flow, layout design, and lean manufacturing

Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in high-volume or high-mix manufacturing environments
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

- B.S. or M.S. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field - Georgia Tech, Purdue, Michigan, Ohio State, Virginia Tech strongly preferred
