Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute field marketing events across all markets
- Coordinate deliverables related to the event messaging, collateral, swag, promotion and lead tracking
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Events Coordinator when field events are tied to conferences and trade shows, aligning on guests, themes, giveaways, etc.
- Collaborate closely with ERPA sales and Workday sales when planning and supporting a co-sponsored field event.
- Strategically plan and execute, in concert with Marketing AVP and sales, local and regional independent events hosted by ERPA-not tied to a conference or trade show-to drive new leads for Workday.
- Create in-person and virtual event campaigns, including content for registration pages, emails and social media
- Conduct research, build a network, and find resources to help make recommendations about event locations and hosting facility capabilities
- Prepare, print, and ship event collateral that supports the chosen event messaging
- Measure and report on effectiveness of events and field marketing programs (engagement, lead quantity, and quality) with the purpose of improving resource allocation, efficiency, and revenue generation
Requirements
- Proven experience planning field events.
- Familiarity and experience with B2B marketing.
- 1-3 years of event coordination and management.
- Assist with negotiations for venue contracts and book event space, arranging food and beverage when required, ordering supplies, equipment, and signage
- Assist with managing in-person events on-site when required
Nice to have
- Experience in the Workday ecosystem.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and social media.

Compensation
- Willing to travel for events up to 6 times per year.
