About the role

You'll oversee cross-functional programs, driving accountability and alignment to ensure successful outcomes.

Lead medium to large-scale programs across multiple teams and stakeholders
Develop and implement governance frameworks, reporting, and cadences that create visibility and accountability
Navigate ambiguity to drive clarity, focusing teams on priorities and decisions
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and levels, influencing outcomes through collaboration
Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
Your Talent Acquisition Partner will walk you through the steps and be your "go-to" person for questions.

5-7 years of program management experience, ideally in a high-growth or technology-driven environment
Experience managing different types of programs using blended waterfall and agile approaches
Experience presenting to Executive leadership
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
Ability to provide clarity amidst ambiguity
Experience implementing governance, structure, and reporting in less mature organizations

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $98,000-$120,000 and benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
