About the role
- We're hiring a hands-on, experienced product manager to shape the future of the Arthur platform.
- Product categories are still forming, they frequently overlap, and the landscape includes both established security vendors and fast-moving startups.
- synthesizing what's happening in the market, identifying where Arthur can win, and translating that into a product strategy the whole company can execute against.
Responsibilities
- Build credibility with key stakeholders at Fortune 100 through midmarket companies, navigating complex org structures to reach the security, AI, and platform teams that make adoption decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to turn strategy into shipped product and closed revenue.
- A track record of building product strategy in ambiguous, fast-moving markets where categories are still being defined.
- Arthur's platform, customer base, and position in AI Observability give you a strong foundation to build from; your work will determine where we go next.
Requirements
- Significant product management experience with products at the intersection of AI and security.
- You can distill a messy landscape into a strategy a board, a customer, or an engineer can act on.

- You'll be in front of customers regularly, testing hypotheses directly and personally helping land the first customers for new capabilities.
- You'll bring order to that complexity: synthesizing what's happening in the market, identifying where Arthur can win, and translating that into a product strategy the whole company can execute against.
- Help Arthur leadership define a product strategy that builds on our leadership in AI Observability and runtime security, and makes it easy for customers to adopt our technology within their existing security and AI stacks.
- Engage directly with customers in a sales capacity to test and validate product hypotheses. You won't be going it alone, but you'll be expected to find and win the first few customers that prove a strategy is effective.
- Craft and validate product messaging and positioning, running a continuous test-and-learn loop with customers and prospects
