Own manufacturing execution for ELISA and Print Lab operations across safety, quality, and delivery.
Lead Manufacturing Supervisors and Team Leads through clear prioritization and performance management.
Partner with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain to address constraints and resolve issues.
Drive KPI performance including scrap, rework, schedule adherence, and labor efficiency.
Support training effectiveness and onboarding for technical manufacturing roles.
Identify operational risks early and lead corrective actions.
Maintain inspection and audit readiness across assigned areas.
Proven ability to lead through change, including startup or transition activities.

5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in regulated or GMP-like environments.
Experience leading supervisors and managing multiple production areas.
Working knowledge of production control, batch manufacturing, and quality systems.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, biology, chemistry, operations management, or a related technical field is required.
