  • Foundational Qualifications Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience Understanding of software development fundamentals Experience or exposure to object-oriented programming and web development Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset Technical Skills (Experience-Based) Backend development experience (C#/.NET or similar technologies) Front-end development using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.) Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) Knowledge of version control (Git) and collaborative workflows Modern Engineering & AI (Preferred) Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Exposure to application security and identity standards (OAuth, OpenID) Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
