About the role

Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture in food Building guest relationships and converting interactions into sales through sampling, special orders and creating unique designs Building in cake and dessert trends, including seasonality, guest preference, and flavor Monitoring sales of products and adjusting production to drive efficiency, profitability and minimize waste Cake decorating fundamentals As a Cake Decorator, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities: Create an Easy, Inspiring and

Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards Produce, package and label items to specifications on production cards and follow specific department routines to drive sales, instocks and profitability.
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties, including but not limited to Drive-Ups, carryout, etc.

This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food & Beverage areas of the store.
