About the role
- We are seeking a Privacy Tools & Automation Analyst to help mature and automate our U.S.-focused privacy program.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of privacy, technology, and operational excellence.
- Integrate DSAR processes with internal systems and third-party platforms.
Responsibilities
- You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement scalable privacy solutions, support compliance initiatives, and enhance our use of platforms like OneTrust.
- Design and implement automated Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) workflows across our brands.
- Improve cookie consent UX and maintain defensible documentation for legal and regulatory inquiries.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed privacy-by-design into product development lifecycles.
- Build and maintain systems for automated evidence collection to support audits and litigation readiness.
- Maintain and update vendor risk assessments and data processing inventories.
- Support data mapping initiatives across all brands to identify personal data flows and processing activities.
- Partner with IT, legal, marketing, and product teams to embed privacy requirements into business processes and technology solutions.
- Support for your individual development plus opportunities for career mobility within our family of brands.
Requirements
- Occasional travel to a company office may be required.

- 3-5 years of experience in privacy, data governance, or technical compliance roles
- Hands-on experience with OneTrust, especially API integrations and automation features
- Familiarity with cookie consent platforms, mobile app auditing, and web tracking technologies
- Ability to translate legal/privacy requirements into technical solutions
Nice to have
- Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Postman) is a plus
- Preferred Certification: CIPT, CIPM, CIPP/US
