Responsibilities

  • Create purchase orders in Workday, validate budget compliance, and follow up on invoices with the Accounts Payable team.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to clarify information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data quality.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative, procurement, coordination, or similar role.
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in administration, logistics, information technology, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, particularly lookup functions, pivot tables, and calculation formulas.
  • Initial experience with an ERP system such as Workday, or an IT ticketing tool such as Freshservice or Eden.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French is required.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, to work with national and international clients and colleagues (50% of the time) is also required.

  • Assurer le suivi rigoureux et la mise à jour des inventaires matériels et logiciels de l'entreprise.
  • Vérifier mensuellement la répartition des coûts de licences afin de s'assurer qu'elle reflète fidèlement l'utilisation réelle par chaque unité d'affaires.
  • Traiter les demandes d'achat d'équipements et de logiciels via l'outil de billetterie TI.
  • Créer les bons de commande dans Workday, valider leur conformité budgétaire et assurer le suivi des factures avec l'équipe des comptes payables.
  • Classer et maintenir à jour les contrats technologiques, tout en alertant l'équipe des échéances à venir et des renouvellements.
  • Participer à la réconciliation mensuelle des dépenses réelles en comparaison avec le budget prévu.
  • Collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes afin de clarifier les informations, résoudre les écarts et assurer la qualité des données.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus liés à la gestion des actifs, des achats et du suivi financier.
