About the role
- We are seeking an exceptional Accounts Receivable Manager to join our organization at Accredited Labs.
- This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team and have a direct impact on cash flow optimization, financial accuracy, and customer account management.
- This position is based out of Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities
- Monitor aging reports and drive collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce delinquency
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and audit preparation
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts receivable team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of accounts receivable experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, credit analysis, and collections strategies
Nice to have
- Experience in high-volume, multi-entity, or complex business environments
- Familiarity with automation tools that improve accounts receivable processes
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
