About the role
- Complete preventive and demand maintenance, including filter changes, belt replacements, lubrication, equipment inspections, and utility room cleaning.
- Respond to alarms, service requests, and equipment deficiencies promptly.
- Record completed work in the customer's maintenance management system.
Requirements
- Perform janitorial, landscaping, groundskeeping, and seasonal maintenance duties as required.
- SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS Ability to safely operate maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal equipment.
- Ability to work independently and respond to changing operational needs.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, in confined spaces, and at heights.
- Ability to lift up to 30 kg.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance, including a five-year background check.
