- Eight years progressively responsible work experiences focusing on issue and project leadership and financial and data analysis.
- Three to five years experience working with NM field force preferred.
- Proven excellence in problem solving, translating complex technical information, quantitative analysis and analytical working techniques including holistic financial analyses and modeling
- In-depth knowledge of field operations, including NM's field compensation and contracts.
