About the role

As a Business Analyst at Pyrovio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client strategy, driving product development initiatives, and delivering actionable insights through market and operational research.

Support strategic planning by analyzing industry benchmarks, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
Product Development & Innovation Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to define product features, roadmaps, and user stories.
Support the development of new tools and platforms (e.g., PowerApps, SharePoint, Power BI) for project tracking and performance monitoring.
Business Analysis & Reporting Collect, validate, and analyze financial, operational, and customer data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
Support change management and adoption of new processes and tools.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs, design solutions, and implement improvements that enhance performance and profitability.

1-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, product development, or strategy.
experience with market research and strategic planning.
Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
Must be a US Citizen or hold Green Card Status.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
Master's preferred.
