- Develop and deploy excellent Wintrust recruitment marketing tactics and assets in partnership with Marketing, Community Impact, Diversity & Inclusion, and HR Communications

Requirements
- 5 years related experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Certifications in recruitment, human resources, or recruitment marketing
- Experience embracing change and new ways of working
- Comfort with ambiguity and driving for results
- Demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking and see the big picture
Compensation
- The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
