About the role
- T rinity Life Sciences is seeking an Engagement Manager or Associate Director to join the fast-growing health outcomes research team.
- Business Management: Identify sales opportunities with existing clients.
- Serve as a point of contact on health outcomes research- related inquiries by internal and external parties
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of research project and analysis, including questionnaire and discussion guide design, data collection oversight ( US and ex- US ), primary and secondary data management, analysis and presentation development, staff assignments and coordination of tasks, etc.
- Collaborate on consulting projects as assigned and as needed.
- Manage client relationships and serve as the point of contact.
- Aid in proposal development and study design.
- Manage, mentor and develop assigned staff.

- People Management: Manage, mentor and develop assigned staff.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Advanced degree required.
- At least 3 years of project and people management experience required
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed knowledge of a wide range of health outcomes or public health research methodologies (observational and experimental)
- Experience in lea ding / s upport ing publication e ffort s ( manuscript s, abstracts, poster s, e tc.)
- Well versed in life sciences industry including global healthcare systems
- Advanced computer s k ills including E xcel, PowerPoint, and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Q)
- Strong study design skills
- Str ong s urvey / discussion gu ide w rit ing skill s
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong data visualization and slide development skills
- Solid business acumen and marketing orientation
- Strong work ethic with a desire to exceed expectations
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task across multiple projects and te am s

- Trinity's salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications,

- PhD in Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Health Outcomes Research, P ublic Health, Health Policy, or Health Services Research preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of health outcomes or public health research experience
