Responsibilities

  • They lead property and portfolio-level sales planning and execution across branded, managed, and franchise assets, with a focus on OUTRIGGER's core owned portfolio.
  • Success requires strong collaboration with property-level leaders and leadership of centralized sales teams, contractor networks, and GSMR teams to drive enterprise-wide results.

Requirements

  • 15 years of relevant functional experience overseeing multiple and/or brands, experience in the hospitality experience, and supervising others required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or related.
  • Minimum Requirements

Nice to have

  • Experience in the geographic scope of The Americas and pre-opening situations strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • While base pay starts at $176,000- $193,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
