About the role

We are seeking a resourceful, problem-solving Marketing Technology (MarTech) Systems Administrator to oversee the health, administration, and continuous improvement of our core software ecosystem.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and team execution.
You will be responsible for managing software administration, troubleshooting issues, implementing feature requests, and driving the practical adoption of AI tools within our architecture.

Issue Tracking, Testing & Documentation: Act as the primary point of contact for internal technical issues. Thoroughly document user feedback, reproduce and triage bug reports, and run quality assurance (QA) testing on fixes before they go live.
Create documentation and provide functional support to help internal teams adopt these tools into their daily workflows.
Testing & Documentation: Proven ability to clearly document technical processes, write step-by-step reproduction steps for bugs, and conduct structured testing.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Highly structured in how you manage tasks, log issues, and maintain documentation so that systems remain clean and easy for others to navigate.

Required Experience & Technical Skills
A sharp analytical mindset with the ability to look at a software error or a new tool, independently research solutions, and figure out how it works.
Ability to translate user feedback into clear technical tickets, and conversely, translate complex technical updates into simple instructions for the team.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundational background in marketing technology, a natural curiosity for learning new software, and a creative approach to systems health and documentation.
Independently monitor, maintain, and manage the health of our core SaaS applications and tech stack.
AI Literacy: Familiarity with modern AI tools and a strong interest in learning how to technically implement and configure AI prompts, agents, or workflows into business systems.
