About the role

Run by a highly entrepreneurial self-made founder, and supported by a team of highly capable executives across business units, the business operates globally with interests in the US, Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean.
You'll oversee full-cycle construction delivery - from early-stage planning and permitting to field execution and closeout - working closely with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors.

As Project Manager, you will lead the execution of multiple high-end development projects in varied and challenging environments across the US, Canada and the Caribbean.
You'll manage detailed timelines, construction scopes, and budgets while resolving field-level constraints in real time.
Your work will span modular installations, utility systems, site infrastructure, and high-touch client builds.
You'll be expected to track progress using digital tools, escalate risks early, and maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership.
Understands real-world build dynamics, from weather and logistics to contractor performance
