Responsibilities

  • Drive the Enterprise Readiness customer experience end to end: Partner with GTM and Enterprise Engineering to make "enterprise-ready" a platform-wide capability, not a deal-by-deal scramble.
  • Credible in the room with security, compliance, and procurement buyers and with the engineers who build it.
  • A rigorous researcher who lets customer and deal reality drive the call, and a relentless shipper.
  • You'd rather negotiate one-off exceptions per deal than build the product that ends the exceptions.
  • We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital.
  • Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products.
  • We're building the product function now, and you'd be one of the people who defines it.
  • Partner with GTM and Enterprise Engineering to make "enterprise-ready" a platform-wide capability, not a deal-by-deal scramble.
  • See around the curve on what regulated customers will require - deployment models, compliance posture, identity and access, billing and spend controls - and build ahead of the need.
  • You don't like the Enterprise or building for Enterprise customers

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management, with real depth in enterprise or B2B infrastructure - security, compliance, identity, networking, or billing.
  • You think in supported, priced products - not per-deal exceptions - and you know the difference between a feature and a sellable capability.

  • You don't like getting technical.
  • You see compliance, security, and billing as checkbox work rather than product.
