Responsibilities
- This position will oversee and manage all field activities of DEW employees and subcontractors to ensure contract requirements are met while adhering to the company's safety, budget, and schedule goals.

- Document and ensure corrective safety measurements are implemented
- Maintain AED/CPR/First Aid certification
- Build and maintain positive work relationships
- Communicate with the design team, engineering professionals, and owner on an ongoing basis
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Construction Management Superintendent experience, including proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications.
- Experience with wood-framed construction is an advantage.
- ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contract drawings and specifications
- Keen attention to detail and ability to meet all assigned deadlines.
- Good to excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software (experience with CMiC, P6 Scheduling a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
- 30-Hour OSHA preferred
