About the role

The instructor will empower participants to move beyond basic digital usage into creation, innovation, and leadership within the digital economy.

2-4 years experience teaching or facilitating digital skills training
Strong knowledge of digital tools, platforms, and emerging technologies (including AI tools)
Experience working with youth and diverse communities
Strong digital and technical proficiency

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Education, Digital Media, or related field
Instructional design and facilitation
Ability to translate complex tech concepts into practical learning

Mentor participants in applying digital skills to career and entrepreneurial pathways

Work closely with Employment Counsellor and Facilitators to align digital skills with employment outcomes
Track participant progress in digital skill development
Assess learning outcomes and provide feedback
Contribute to program evaluation and continuous improvement
