About the role

The ideal candidate has built and scaled growth programs in B2B SaaS or tech, understands paid media deeply, and has broader experience across campaigns, lifecycle, website conversion, and field/event marketing.

As Iru's Head of Growth, you will own the full demand generation engine across paid media, integrated campaigns, lifecycle marketing, website conversion, email strategy, and events/field marketing.

You should be comfortable moving between executive-level strategy and hands-on execution, with strong analytical judgment, budget discipline, and the ability to pressure-test performance across the full funnel.
