A pioneering industrial technology company is seeking a Sr. Principal Electrical Design Engineer to lead the design and execution of electrical systems supporting a first-of-its-kind advanced manufacturing facility. Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for a large-scale industrial facility Own power distribution systems (low and medium voltage) including system architecture and integration Develop and review single-line diagrams, schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams Partner cross-functionally with process, mechanical, controls, and operations teams Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and applicable safety standards Support equipment specification, vendor selection, and FAT/SAT activities Drive improvements in system performance, reliability, and safety Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members
