80% - Software Engineering Project Support
Performs routine to moderately complex development work across a variety of environments, with support from senior engineers on more complex or nonroutine tasks.
Supports efforts to apply AI and automation to improve deployment frequency and increase system reliability.
Supports cross-functional teams during major incidents, helping ensure clear communication and timely updates throughout the lifecycle of an event.
Foundational knowledge of web application frameworks, object-oriented languages, functional programming techniques, design patterns, and secure coding practices, gained through coursework, internships, or professional experience.
Exposure to building web applications or web-services, preferably REST
Developing triage skills, with the ability to assist in root cause analysis under guidance.
Growing ability to evaluate AI-generated code and configurations for correctness, security, and performance, with support from senior engineers.

The ideal candidate brings foundational knowledge in systems or software engineering and curiosity toward emerging technologies, including AI-driven tooling.

Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating the required skills.
1 -2 years of relevant experience
internships, co-ops, and academic or personal projects will be considered.
Cloud platform, or AI-related certifications are a plus.

Actively participates in a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and operational excellence within the team.
