The plant is located an hour south from Greensboro, NC international airport and an hour north from Lynchburg, VA.

This role advises site leadership on EH&S objectives, challenges the status quo to drive improvement, and confidently pushes back when needed to maintain compliance and best practices.
Plan, promote, and follow-up on all phases of the plant safety program and drive the safety culture.
Create and develop new methods and strategies to help engage employees in safety culture.

The expected salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $125,000 and includes a possible 12% short-term incentive bonus.
