  • As a Project Manager, you'll be the connective tissue that keeps our implementation projects on track.

Responsibilities

  • Own project tracking and reporting-creating and maintaining detailed plans, action logs, risk/issue/dependency (RAID) logs, milestone trackers, and status materials that inform leadership and clients
  • Facilitate working sessions and team meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up to ensure accountability
  • Spot risks and dependencies early and partner with senior leaders on mitigation strategies

  • Use AI tools and copilots to boost your own productivity-drafting meeting notes, summarizing actions, writing status reports, and handling routine communications more efficiently
  • Contribute ideas to improve how we deliver, report on progress, and work as a team
  • You'll manage multiple dependencies across teams, navigate complexity, and create clarity in situations where there are lots of moving pieces.
  • We improve lives through our technology solutions and foster a culture of innovation that empowers team members to solve complex problems and create remarkable human outcomes in a digital world.

Requirements

  • Note for Quebec candidates: if knowledge of English is required for this position, it is because the team member will be asked, on a regular basis, to interact in English with external or internal parties or to use English applications or software as part of their tasks.

  • Defined Benefit pension, Defined Contribution pension, or benefits administration implementations

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Practical awareness of pension and benefits concepts like plan rules, eligibility, enrollment, contributions, data exchange, interfaces, testing, and go-live readiness
  • Comfort using generative AI and automation tools to improve your own productivity, documentation, project tracking, and reporting
  • It's a bonus if you have:
  • Experience supporting Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, or Health & Welfare benefits implementation projects
  • Hands-on involvement in platform implementations, client onboarding, annual/open enrollment cycles, data migration, or testing activities

Nice to have

  • PMP certification (or you're working toward it)
  • 2-3 years of project management experience, ideally supporting:
  • Client-facing implementation projects
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms

Compensation

  • $60,000 - $80,000
  • Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
  • We encourage all qualified candidates to apply, even if the posted salary range doesn't match your expectations.
  • We're open to discussing competitive compensation packages tailored to your experience level and expertise.
  • Comprehensive total rewards package highlighting competitive salary and bonus structures, minimum 3 weeks of vacation, and flexible benefits plan to meet the needs of you and your family
