Responsibilities
- And, of course, discounts on Stanley Black & Decker tools and products and well as discount programs for many other vendors and partners.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the HR department and manage HR programs, Talent Development, and policies and procedures for the business.
- Provide support to all major HR functions such as Employee Relations, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Engagement and Training.
- Represent employee advocacy and strong business partner relations.
- Develop an employee-oriented culture that strives for safety, quality, continuous improvement, and productivity.
- Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures.
- Support Payroll administration by reviewing time and attendance daily for all hourly employees within UKG Workforce Pro system.
