About the role

  • We are currently seeking someone with high attention to detail to join our team.
  • As a Data Specialist, you will have various opportunities to contribute to improving our systems & data at the company.
  • The primary responsibilities for this position will be ensuring our systems are accurate, up to date, and are ready for scale.

Responsibilities

  • Data Input: Transferring data from paper-based documents or other digital formats into our ERP system.
  • Data Verification: Reviewing and validating data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with source documents.
  • Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document system requirements.
  • Testing and Implementation: Test and implement new or updated systems, ensuring they meet requirements and function correctly.
  • Harbinger's best-in-class team of EV, battery, and drivetrain experts have pooled their deep experience to bring a first-of-its-kind EV platform to support the growing demand for medium-duty EVs and Hybrids.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree program or greater in Business Administration, or/and Relevant Degree
  • Attention to Detail: Data entry with high attention to detail to minimize errors.
  • Organizational Skills: Keeping data organized and easily accessible.
  • Familiarity with Computer Systems: Proficiency in using databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools. Preferred ERP system (NetSuite) and Google Sheets.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.
