About the role
- TELACU Construction Management is looking for an experienced construction Project Manager who will be responsible for managing a $55M new construction project for a K-12 school district.
- This position will require knowledge in preconstruction services, planning, contractor procurement (public works contracting code), construction management, and DSA project closeout.
Requirements
- Since 1995, we have brought our expertise to the completion of schools, public buildings, municipalities, and parks.
- TELACU Construction Management provides standardized technical and management expertise bringing over 23 years of experience in public works construction.
- Prepare and present Citizen's Oversight Committtee presentations as well as board presentations, when required.
Compensation
- $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 /year
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent technical area of study.
- 7+ years of experience in the design and construction of K-12 school projects.
