  • Titan Security is currently hiring a Security Captain to work at an Industrial location in Cleveland, Ohio.

Responsibilities

  • Develop curriculum, run training/drills, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Document departmental pre-operational vehicle checks
  • Conduct and report on an audit of building inspections.
  • Document a summary of training activities alongside a drill summary.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a TWIC Card, and a Guard Card.
  • The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card, and a Guard Card.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 2 of Supervisor Experience and Industrial Security experience.
  • Previous MARSEC and Industrial facility security experience preferred.
  • CPP certification (ASIS), OSHA-10.

Compensation

  • Salary & Benefits: Compensation starting at $21.00 per hour plus paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
