About the role
- The incumbent(s) serve as Patient Services Assistant in this university-affiliated Medical Center.
- Peters VAMC, Outreach Program, and Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation New Dawn (OEF/OIF/OND) Office, as well as the Emergency Room.
- You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Requirements
- Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-05 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.
- Ability to accurately enter and review data in computer systems and complete required forms or reports
- Experience with scheduling appointments.
