Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures that ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Lead the evaluation and redesign of current Salesforce solutions.
- Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and design documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall enterprise architecture principles and standards.
- The Enterprise Architect position designs, implements, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions.
- The Enterprise Architect will possess extensive experience in building robust systems and strong collaboration, design, and negotiation skills to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- This position works closely with cross-functional, distributed teams to develop and sustain a cohesive enterprise architecture framework that supports organizational goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role, with at least 10 years of experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including integration patterns, data modeling, security, and scalability.
- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

- $161,000.00 - $249,500.00
