About the role
- Reporting to the Manager, Capital Projects & Facilities, the Project Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of capital, maintenance, and facility-related projects from planning through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage capital, maintenance, and tenant improvement projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and project objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to support project execution and resolve issues impacting delivery.
- Develop and Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and progress, providing regular updates and recommendations to the Manager, Capital Projects & Facilities.
- Support building maintenance, operational improvements, and facility-related initiatives across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with Property Management and Operations teams to address maintenance concerns and operational challenges.
- Assist in developing maintenance standards, procedures, and operational best practices.
- Review consultant proposals, vendor quotations, invoices, and change orders to support procurement and budget control.

Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of experience managing capital, construction, facilities, or infrastructure projects - Preferably within the commercial building sector
- Strong project management experience with responsibility for budgets, schedules, contractors, consultants, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as MS Project, Asana, Procore, or similar platforms.
Compensation
- The salary range shown reflects expected total annual compensation, including base pay, bonuses, and/or commissions.
- Any such submissions become the property of Taggart Realty Management and are not eligible for compensation.
- $105,000 - $120,000
