About the role

  • Reporting to the Manager, Capital Projects & Facilities, the Project Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of capital, maintenance, and facility-related projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage capital, maintenance, and tenant improvement projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and project objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to support project execution and resolve issues impacting delivery.
  • Develop and Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and progress, providing regular updates and recommendations to the Manager, Capital Projects & Facilities.
  • Support building maintenance, operational improvements, and facility-related initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Property Management and Operations teams to address maintenance concerns and operational challenges.
  • Assist in developing maintenance standards, procedures, and operational best practices.
  • Review consultant proposals, vendor quotations, invoices, and change orders to support procurement and budget control.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience managing capital, construction, facilities, or infrastructure projects - Preferably within the commercial building sector
  • Strong project management experience with responsibility for budgets, schedules, contractors, consultants, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as MS Project, Asana, Procore, or similar platforms.

Compensation

  • The salary range shown reflects expected total annual compensation, including base pay, bonuses, and/or commissions.
  • Any such submissions become the property of Taggart Realty Management and are not eligible for compensation.
  • $105,000 - $120,000
