- Independently evaluates service needs, troubleshoots complex electrical issues, and plans and completes short‑range repair projects while supporting larger initiatives through labor and material planning.
- Strong problem‑solving ability, sound judgment, and consistent communication with supervisors and maintenance teams are essential to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Works with, maintains, and installs electrical circuits, conduit, wire sizing, breakers, and panels in compliance with NEC codes.
- Cleans and maintains electrical distribution systems, switchgear, emergency power systems, ATS, generators, and performs generator load bank testing.
- Reads blueprints and maintains knowledge of tools and materials used in the trade.
- Maintains effective communication with other maintenance staff.
Requirements
- No specific certification/professional license is required for this position.
- Relevant Skill Trade Functions (3 Years)
- Three years' experience in electrical maintenance and repair.

Nice to have
- Associate Degree in electrical technology or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of safety and NEC standards.

Compensation
