About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins and enforce code quality using sonarqube, Lint/TSC checks and automated testing practices.
  • Design AI-driven automation solutions leveraging LangChain, LangSmith, LangTrace, Devin AI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE for validating generative AI workflows, conversational features, and coding assistants.
  • Build and validate large-scale data processing frameworks using Apache Spark, Databricks, Scala, and Python, integrating with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, DynamoDB) for data-driven testing and analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with development, testing, and DevOps teams to troubleshoot complex issues, innovate automation strategies, and optimize application performance.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience.
  • Will accept a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience.
  • Must have experience with: automation framework design and implementation for web applications and mobile applications;
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Compensation

  • $154,024-$231,000/year
  • For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 138,600 - 231,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
  • This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
  • We also offer 401(k), company paid life insurance, tuition reimbursement, a minimum of 18 days of paid time off per year, paid holidays, and leaves of absence.
