About the role

You will perform hands-on assembly and fabrication of prototypes, engineering builds, and clinical builds in a dynamic R&D manufacturing environment.
You will follow and execute complex work instructions, technical drawings, and build documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and cross-functional teams to support product development, design iterations, and process improvements.
You will document build activities, observations, and deviations to ensure traceability and provide valuable feedback for product and process development.
You will support troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives related to new products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
You will maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace while following all applicable procedures and standard operating practices.
You will perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support evolving R&D and business objectives.

Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
You must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
You have experience operating machinery and using computers.
You demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the responsibilities of the role.
You are able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs.
You are capable of performing the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
