Responsibilities
- You will perform hands-on assembly and fabrication of prototypes, engineering builds, and clinical builds in a dynamic R&D manufacturing environment.
- You will follow and execute complex work instructions, technical drawings, and build documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You will collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and cross-functional teams to support product development, design iterations, and process improvements.
- You will document build activities, observations, and deviations to ensure traceability and provide valuable feedback for product and process development.
- You will support troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives related to new products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- You will maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace while following all applicable procedures and standard operating practices.
- You will perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support evolving R&D and business objectives.

Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
- You must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- You have experience operating machinery and using computers.
- You demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the responsibilities of the role.
- You are able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- You are capable of performing the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

- $19k-$28k
