Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and candidate records in personnel files and the applicant tracking system.
- Support payroll administration and maintain accurate payroll records
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is excited to build a strong foundation in accounting while supporting day-to-day finance operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Approximately 1-2 years of recruiting, Human Resources, or administrative experience.
- Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
