About the role

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, delivering high-quality software, and seeing the impact of their work in production.
You'll work closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams to turn business needs into thoughtful technical solutions, while helping improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of our applications.
In addition to contributing as an individual engineer, you'll share your technical knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced team members.

Translate business and functional requirements into scalable software designs and technical solutions.
Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, SQL, REST APIs, and TypeScript.
Independently deliver software features and enhancements with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Quality Engineers, and other software engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
Contribute to application design discussions and provide input on architecture, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
As a Senior Software Engineer at CCC, you'll play a key role in building and supporting scalable SaaS and customer-facing web applications that help evolve our products and platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in C# and SQL.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable application development.
Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and supporting production applications.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.

Experience working in cloud-based environments.
Experience with application monitoring, observability, and logging frameworks.
Experience working within Agile development teams.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.

$106,277.25 - $145,000.00 This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.
